glacier hunting
we made three attempts to get a close view of a glacier. the first involved some pretty chilly fording, but only a pretty distant view. the second had what felt like a crime scene for a bird murder, in which the culprit was possibly an arctic fox—check out the paw print in the moss. the third was awesome. i think the last photo here is one of the most surreal landscapes i’ve ever seen.
